ABOUT PAPA

Established in 1994, Persatuan Agensi Pekerjaan Malaysia (Association of Employment Agencies Malaysia) better known as "PAPA", is a leading association for licensed employment agencies for foreign workers in Malaysia.

Mission

PAPA's mission is to promote and facilitate the fair and legal recruitment of foreign workers, while protecting the rights and interests of our members. We aim to achieve this by working closely with the Malaysian government and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and practices that ensure the legal and responsible recruitment of foreign workers. We will also provide education and training to our members to improve their skills and knowledge in the field of foreign worker recruitment.

Vision

Our vision is to create a transparent and accountable foreign worker recruitment industry in Malaysia. We envision a future where licensed employment agencies operate in a fair manner, and foreign workers recruited in a transparent and responsible way. We believe that by upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity, we can help build a thriving foreign worker recruitment industry that benefits all stakeholders involved.

ADMINISTRATION OF THE ASSOCIATION

A Committee elected during the Annual General Meeting every three (3) years comprising a President, a Deputy President, two (2) Vice Presidents and eight (8) Committee Members, runs the affairs of the Association.

The President, in concurrence with the elected committee, can appoint a Secretary, an Assistant Secretary, a Treasurer and four (4) Committee Members.
